Group coaching brings together individuals with similar goals but not necessarily shared responsibilities, while team coaching focuses on people who work together toward common outcomes. In group coaching, personal growth is the focus; in team coaching, it’s collective performance.
In group coaching, each person works on their objectives within a supportive environment. In team coaching, the goal is to strengthen how the team functions together, improving communication, collaboration, and results.
Group coaching encourages peer learning and shared insight, but the success of one doesn’t depend on another. Team coaching, on the other hand, addresses real-time dynamics, interdependence, and shared accountability.
I create a safe, structured space where individuals learn from each other while exploring personal challenges and goals. Using psychological tools and coaching frameworks, I guide the group to gain clarity, confidence, and actionable strategies.
With teams, I focus on building trust, improving communication, and aligning around shared purpose. I help teams surface hidden dynamics, navigate conflict, and strengthen their capacity to think and act as a unit.
If you want personal growth alongside others on a similar path, group coaching may be right for you. If your goal is to improve how your team works together, team coaching creates a lasting impact where it matters most: the relationships and results.
