ADHD shows up differently for everyone and often in ways that leave people feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood. I work with students (20+), adults, parents, and families who struggle with follow-through, time management, relationships, or constant self-doubt and wonder why things feel so much harder than they should.
I support students (20+), adults with ADHD, parents, caregivers, and families navigating daily life with different brains and different needs. You don’t need a diagnosis, a title, or a perfectly defined goal, just a desire for things to feel more manageable.
I’ve completed a two-year fellowship focused on neurodiversity and ADHD across students, adults, families, and professionals. Over the past year, I’ve worked closely with ADHD professionals, students (20+), fathers, parents, and families to translate research into practical, real-life tools that support self-awareness, self-esteem, and sustainable change.
This work is personal for me. In our family, ADHD doesn’t belong to just one person; it shapes how we relate, communicate, and support one another. My husband and I experience ADHD differently, and one of our children is neurotypical. Living in a household with different brains has shown me how the same environment can hold very different needs, strengths, and challenges.
As a parent of a child with severe ADHD, I’ve been in countless IEP meetings, tried more systems than I can count, and felt the exhaustion and self-doubt that come with wanting to do right by your child. I’ve also seen the breakthroughs, those moments when understanding deepens, strategies align, and daily life becomes more manageable.
Living this every day has shown me that when one person has ADHD, the whole family feels its impact and that with the right support, awareness, and tools, families and individuals can move from frustration to clarity, connection, and confidence. My approach is practical, compassionate, and judgment-free, grounded in both research and real life.
