Assessments

Assessment is a mirror, NOT a VERDICT—it shows where to grow next.

Why Assessments?

Assessments examine the whole person and are good engagement and leadership effectiveness predictors.  They are commonly used as indicators of performance, hiring or promotion, potential, and culture fit. One of the most important reasons is to use it for DEVELOPMENT. People rarely get honest feedback and without it, people can't grow. 

Self-Awareness and Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence Tests use a scientific understanding of emotions and their impact. Focus is on awareness of self, and others,  management of relationships, and ourselves. 

Psychometric

Psychometric testing can predict valuable insights such as culture fit, preferences, values, motivations, and how much coaching or training is needed to be successful.

Qualitative

Qualitative assessments provide subtleties behind the numbers – the feelings, motivations, and history that affect current and future behavior. 

Quantitative

Quantitative assessment is a way for individuals to understand their strengths and weaknesses, using the constructive feedback of others who work with them the most.
