I’ve spent years coaching leaders and professionals through high-pressure roles, helping them navigate change, build confidence, and stay grounded under stress. Over time, my path led me to combine my expertise as an executive coach and business psychologist with a deep commitment to supporting those affected by ADHD, whether they’re experiencing it themselves or supporting someone who is.
As a mother of a child with severe ADHD, I know the exhaustion, heartache, and fierce love that come with raising a neurodivergent child. I’ve been in the IEP meetings, tried every planner and parenting system, and spent countless nights second-guessing myself. I’ve also witnessed the breakthroughs, those moments when something finally clicks and life feels just a bit lighter.
Today, I bring my coaching and psychology background to parents, professionals, and individuals with ADHD who are trying to manage life when it feels overwhelming. Whether it’s time management, communication struggles, executive function challenges, or simply carving out space to breathe, my goal is to make life more manageable and more fulfilling.
ADHD touches every part of life, from relationships to work to our sense of self. My role is to help you develop strategies that actually work for your brain and your situation. My approach is practical, flexible, and judgment-free. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’m here to help you move from overwhelmed to equipped, so you can thrive at home, at work, and in everyday life.
