I don’t measure my life by the cars I drove or the things I owned, I remember the people I met and the experiences that shaped me. That outlook has taken me across the globe, as I have lived and worked in Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America, and North America. Along the way, I’ve taught, coached, built programs, led organizations, and advised global firms—all with one goal: helping people grow in their work, studies, and lives.
My career has been as wide-ranging as my travels. I’ve served as a sports psychologist for at-risk youth, an organizational psychologist in the military, a professor and faculty leader, a consultant to Fortune 100 companies, and an executive leading organizational development and talent strategy. I’ve led change initiatives, designed leadership programs, coached senior leaders and those struggling with ADHD and neurodiversity, taught at universities, and even started as an intern at NASA. Each chapter has deepened my conviction that real transformation happens when people are equipped with the right tools, mindset, and support.
I’m known for being direct, grounded, and curious. I combine the “why” of psychology with the “how” of practical tools, helping clients, students, and organizations build insight, develop skills, and create real change. Whether I’m coaching a CEO, supporting an ADHD parent or executive, designing a curriculum and teaching college students, or advancing organizational change efforts, I bring clarity, compassion, and a bias toward action.
