Coach faculty, administrators, and students through transitions, promotions, and strategic planning. Support focus, accountability, and team collaboration. Guide leaders in building clarity, resilience, and balance through evidence-based practices.

Chair dissertations and serve on committees. Mentor graduate students in research design, analysis, and project completion. Coach on career direction, academic identity, and professional growth.
