Design and deliver undergraduate, graduate (M.S.), and doctoral (DBA) courses in Organizational Psychology, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Team Dynamics, and Ethics across online, hybrid, and in-person modalities, with an emphasis on evidence-based, applied learning. Lead executive education and professional development in leadership effectiveness, communication, and performance.
Lead the development and redesign of academic programs aligned with institutional strategy and accreditation standards. Serve as Chair or Co-Chair for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs. Design learning outcomes, assessments, and faculty development processes, integrating Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and culturally responsive pedagogy to strengthen instructional quality and student outcomes.
Provide academic leadership as Department Chair and Program Director for management, psychology, and leadership programs. Mentor and coach faculty on curriculum design, pedagogy, and inclusive instruction. Contribute to accreditation, assessment, and program evaluation efforts, and facilitate faculty development in leadership, emotional intelligence, and student success.
Provide individual and group coaching for faculty, administrators, and students around career development, promotion readiness, and professional transitions. Support leadership effectiveness, goal setting, and team performance through evidence-based coaching practices.
Serve as Doctoral Dissertation Chair and Committee Member. Mentor graduate students in research design, applied inquiry, dissertation, and thesis completion. Lead doctoral seminars and writing cohorts focused on leadership, organizational change, and applied research.
