Faculty, Administration, & Teaching

Teaching & Instruction

Design and teach courses in Organizational Psychology, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, and Ethics. Deliver undergraduate, graduate (M.S.), and doctoral (DBA) courses in online, hybrid, and in-person formats. Develop engaging, inclusive, and evidence-based curricula connecting theory to practice. Create interactive Canvas LMS courses and digital content for flexible learning environments.Lead executive education and professional development programs focused on leadership, communication, and performance

Program & Curriculum Development

Develop and redesign academic programs that align with institutional goals and accreditation standards
Serve as Chair or Co-Chair for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs in management and psychology

Design learning outcomes, assessments, and faculty training to strengthen instructional quality

Integrate Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and culturally responsive pedagogy into course development

Build bridges between academic learning and professional application to enhance student engagement and career readiness

Faculty & Academic Leadership 

Provide academic leadership as Department Chair or Program Director for management, psychology, or leadership programs. Mentor and coach faculty on curriculum design, classroom engagement, and inclusive instruction. Participate in program accreditation, assessment, and evaluation efforts. Facilitate faculty development workshops on leadership, emotional intelligence, and student success. Support institutions in fostering collaborative, high-performing academic teams

Faculty, Students, & Admin Coaching

Provide individual and group coaching for faculty, administrators, and students navigating professional transitions. Support career development, promotion readiness, and personal strategic planning. Coach on goal setting, focus, and accountability to enhance performance and fulfillment. Facilitate team effectiveness coaching to improve communication, trust, and collaboration. Guide leaders and educators in building clarity, resilience, and balance through evidence-based coaching practices

Doctoral & Graduate Mentorship

Serve as Doctoral Dissertation Chair and Committee Member

Mentor graduate students in research design, analysis, and completing projects, dissertations, and theses

Coach students on career direction, academic identity, and professional development

Lead doctoral seminars and writing cohorts focused on leadership, organizational change, and applied research
