My personal experience led me to combine my background as an executive coach, business psychologist, and leadership expert with my deep passion for ADHD advocacy. I’ve spent years helping leaders and professionals navigate change, build confidence, and develop the skills to thrive in high-stress environments. Now, I bring that same expertise to parents, working moms, and individuals with ADHD who are struggling to keep it all together. Whether it is managing time, improving communication, executive functioning, fear of showing one's true self, or simply finding the space to breathe amidst the chaos, my goal is to make life feel more manageable and fulfilling.
As a mother of a child with severe ADHD, I know firsthand the exhaustion, frustration, and deep love that comes with raising a neurodivergent child. The constant juggling—managing school challenges, emotional outbursts, forgotten homework, and sleepless nights—while balancing a career, a household, and my well-being has been a journey filled with both struggle and resilience. I’ve sat in IEP meetings, researched endlessly, tried every system, and felt the weight of self-doubt that so many parents of ADHD kids carry. But through it all, I’ve learned that with the right tools, strategies, and support, life can become easier—not just for our children, but for us as parents, partners, and professionals.
ADHD isn’t just about distraction or hyperactivity—it affects every aspect of life, from relationships to career success to personal well-being. I work with parents, professionals, and executives to develop customized strategies that fit their unique challenges. Through coaching, tools, and compassionate support, I help others turn overwhelm into clarity, frustration into confidence, and chaos into progress. You don’t have to do this alone—I’m here to help you create a life that works for you and your family.
