My journey led me to combine my background as an executive coach and business psychologist with a deep commitment to helping people affected by ADHD, whether they’re experiencing it themselves or supporting someone who is.
For years, I coached leaders and professionals through high-pressure roles, helping them navigate change, build confidence, and stay grounded under stress. Today, I bring that same expertise to parents, professionals, and individuals with ADHD who are trying to manage life when it feels overwhelming.
Whether it’s time management, communication struggles, executive function challenges, or simply carving out space to breathe, my goal is to make life feel more manageable—and more fulfilling.
As a mother of a child with severe ADHD, I know firsthand the exhaustion, heartache, and fierce love that come with raising a neurodivergent child. I’ve sat in IEP meetings, tried every planner and parenting system, and spent countless nights second-guessing myself. I’ve also experienced the breakthroughs—the moments when something finally clicks, and life feels a bit lighter.
ADHD touches every corner of life—from relationships to work to our sense of self. I help clients develop strategies that actually work for their brain and situation, offering support that’s practical, flexible, and judgment-free. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’m here to help you move from overwhelmed to equipped: at home, at work, and in everyday life.
