As an expert in business psychology, adult lifecycle, and learning, the science of motivation, and change management, I work as a partner and subject matter expert in setting priorities for desired goals, understanding how best to achieve those goals within an organizational, personal, and business context, and how to track success. I am highly collaborative and able to work with multiple and diverse stakeholders supporting the alignment towards a common objective.
More about me
When I look back on my life, I never look back at what I drove or what I owned, I look back at the people I met and the experiences I collected along the way. This philosophy took me to live and work in Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin, and North America, try some amazing food, and buy cookbooks in languages I don’t understand.
I have been a university professor, a sports psychologist for at-risk youth, a soldier in the military, an executive in the 100 best companies to work for, a partner in a top Consulting firm, and an intern at NASA. To make extra money to continue traveling I waited tables in Cape Town, taught fitness in Avignon, and was a bartender in St. Anton.
I live with my husband, son, daughter, and puppy in the Bay Area. In my spare time, I enjoy movies, listening to books and podcasts, bike riding, cooking, the sun, and travel.
Volunteering to teach yoga for the SF Center for Hispanic Women, Special Education Teaching Aide, and coaching for 40 countries at the International Red Cross is especially fulfilling.
