I am a business psychologist and a university professor, a sports psychologist for at-risk youth, a soldier in the military, an executive in one of the 100 best companies to work for, a partner in a top consulting firm, and an intern at NASA. I have recently transitioned into the world of helping Parents, Adults, College Students, and Career Professionals with ADHD. I educate, as it is wildly misunderstood, and coach. 

I am a direct, innovative, agile, and non-judgmental coach, consultant, and facilitator. I use science, theory, heart, gut, and reality to reach goals. You’d be hard-pressed to find an industry or type of organization I haven’t worked with from Fortune 10s and Family Businesses to Start-ups through IPO. I work with CEOs, Executives, Leaders, SMEs, Students, Parents, Veterans, and anyone else who wants to improve their lives through curiosity, knowing themselves, experiences, and hard work.
